Tim O'Connor
Tim is a partner and co-founder of StratEx Partners LLP and is a proven business leader with more than 20 years' experience in the professional wealth management industry. He has held senior roles with a number of blue chip institutions including Barclays, AEGON, UBS, Raymond James & Abbey National, and is renowned for leading new business initiatives and growing successful teams. His key strengths focus on business strategy, proposition & distribution for complex products and services.
However, Tim is also a keen entrepreneur and has been involved in M&A and corporate finance activities in recent years, in both a corporate and personal capacity. He has also benefitted from extensive training and personal development from prestigious institutions and expert business leaders and now, via StratEx Partners, he is in the privileged position to share his know-how and expertise with clients' that engage through his own enterprises.
Tim is qualified across multiple disciplines and holds examinations in investment management, wealth planning & private banking, as well as various leadership & strategy qualifications. He is also an accredited Six Sigma practitioner.
Stefano Del Federico
Stefano is a partner and co-founder of StratEx Partners LLP, providing business consultancy services to SMEs, family owned businesses and the wealth management industry. He has held senior posts with global financial institutions such as Santander and Société Générale, as well as other renowned organisations.
Stefano has been instrumental in the strategy, build, development and distribution of key divisions and business areas within the financial services, wealth management and private client/family office industry, both in the Business to Business and Business to Consumer market.
He has also led and integrated core divisions and brands, as well as analysed and acquired complementary businesses for key distribution channels. He has spoken at numerous industry functions and has also acted as an external panellist for the University of Sunderland’s London Campus, Business Experiential Learning Course, critiquing and providing insight to Undergraduate and post-graduates undertaking MBA and business related courses.
Lee Davy-Martin
Lee is an associate of StratEx Partners LLP and works closely with the partners on complex tax, corporate finance and business planning matters. He is a Chartered Accountant, having been a partner at Freeman & Partners (which sold to Crowe Clark Whitehill) and is now a lead partner at the prestigious city firm of accountants, Wilson Wright LLP. Lee has spent over a decade holistically advising ultra-high net worth families and SME business owners on tax issues, strategy execution, acquisitions, disposals and business restructuring. Having co-founded a number of tech start-ups and overseen multiple successful exits, Lee is ideally placed to give proactive business advice and sees the ‘big picture’.
Lee builds long-term, trusted adviser relationships and is generally known amongst his network as the go-to person for building value propositions which are capable of lucrative exits. He is the confidant to a number of high profile serial entrepreneurs and prides himself on his versatility to advise across many industries, applying principles and philosophies developed over the last 15 years.
